Our Villa
White Lilium Villa comprises two buildings, the Main Structure and the Guest House, combined with some Outdoor facilities.
Main Structure
The main structure is built out of stone, as a combination of modern and traditional architecture. It has two bedrooms with private bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. Both bedrooms are equipped with independent air-conditioning units, 42inch flat smart TVs with internet connection and 3 satellite choices (Hotbird, Astra). There are also safe-boxes, closets, mirrors, and small office tables with Ethernet access. Both of them provide access to a common balcony facing the road. One of the bedrooms has a queen-sized bed (160cm x 205cm) and the other has two single beds (90cm x 205cm) that can also be arranged into a double, all with bedside tables. One of the bathrooms has a shower and the other one a bathtub. Both, other than the essentials, also have bathroom heaters, bidet showers, magnifying mirrors and hair dryers. The living room is spacious with a comfortable large L-shaped couch that can be converted into two single beds, a 55inch flat smart TV with internet access and three satellite choices and an independent air-conditioning unit. The kitchen is furnished with a six seated table and well equipped with a double sink, an oven, four oven stoves, a microwave, a dishwasher, a double-door fridge with water and ice-cube options, as well as lots of other appliances. Additionally, the main structure offers a small auxiliary space with a washing machine (8 kg) and a clothes dryer (8 kg).
Guest House
The guest house consists of a bedroom with a small kitchen area and a bathroom. It can accommodate 2 persons, since it has 2 single beds (90cm x 205cm) which can also be arranged into a big double bed. The room is equipped with an independent air-conditioning unit, a 42inch flat smart TV with internet connection and satellite channels, a safe-box, a closet, a small office with Ethernet access and a mirror. The kitchen area has a sink, 2 oven stoves and a small fridge. The bathroom has a shower with all essentials, as well as, bathroom heater, bidet shower, magnifying mirror and a hairdryer.
Outdoors
Outside, in the space in-between the two structures, there is a BBQ area with water supply and a sink, a big wooden table with 8 seats, a heated 30 sqm swimming pool (use of the heated feature comes with an additional charge), a Jacuzzi, umbrellas, and sun beds. At the entrance there are also 2 parking spots.
Cleaning services
House cleaning service once per week.
Swimming pool and Jacuzzi cleaning service twice per week.
